教学特色：首先，我会让他们尽量地把自己想分享的事情说出来，尽量让学生感到舒服自在。我也会鼓励他们敞开心扉地和我交流，让我知道他们对我的教学能力是否满意；同样如果我有哪些缺陷，他们也可以通过这种方式向我指出来。我相信熟能生巧。因此，只要我的学生能多说英语，他们最终能说好，听懂这门语言
